AT&T T3R Service provides for the transmission of digital signals (including digitally encoded television signals) at 45 Mbps within the Mainland and between the Mainland and Canada or Mexico. AT&T T3R Service is furnished on a point-to-point or multi-point basis by reservation only.

- AT&T Reserved T3 (T3R) Service
AT&T Reserved T3 (T3R) Service provides for the transmission of digital signals at 45 Mbps over a common user network furnished by AT&T. The service can be used for data transmission or for the transmission of digitally encoded television signals for Video Broadcast Service. Service is available between T3R Central Offices within the Mainland and between the Mainland and the following International locations: Canada and Mexico. Service is available for use 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by reservation.
